Stavros Pavlou is the Executive Chairman of Patrikios Pavlou & Associates LLC. He is an experienced litigator, arbitrator and legal consultant and he is widely regarded as one of the top litigators in Cyprus. Stavros represents an impressive portfolio of major local and international corporate clients and HNWIs in commercial dispute resolution matters, including judicial and arbitration proceedings in the courts of Cyprus and abroad. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb) and Asian Institute of Alternative Dispute Resolution (AIADR), a practising barrister before the Commercial Court of the Dubai International Financial Center (DIFC) and a member of many international associations including the IBA, LCIA and ICCA. Eleana Christofi is a Partner in the dispute resolution department of Patrikios Pavlou & Associates LLC. Eleana holds an LLM in international business law from the University of Manchester and an MSc in management from Lancaster University. She joined the firm as a trainee in 2009, was admitted to the Cyprus Bar Association in 2010 and was promoted to partner in 2019. Eleana has authored and co-authored various articles on litigation and arbitration and is involved in civil, commercial and corporate litigation cases, both domestic and international; shareholder disputes; injunctive reliefs; insolvency proceedings; and recognition and enforcement of foreign judgments and arbitral awards.
