The Council of Ministers issued the decision no.469 dated 03/06/2015, whereby the amount of monthly rent for houses can not be less than 0.3% of its minimum selling price regulated with Council of Ministers instructions on \'average housing construction costs prepared by National Housing Entity\'. For shops minimum renting amount is set as 2 times that of houses and for office spaces equal to houses.
All public notaries shall submit by 15/07/2015 to Regional Tax office a list of all rent agreements in force. New agreements shall be sent not later than 5-th of the following month.
