Shandong Provincial AIC Holds A Hearing On Suspected Monopoly Agreement By Accounting Firms

On 18 November 2015, pursuant to legal provisions and application by parties involved, Shandong Provincial Administration for Industry and Commerce ("AIC") held a hearing on suspected conclusion and implementation of monopoly agreement by several accounting firms. On the hearing, the hearing organizer carefully reviewed the qualifications of participants, informed disciplines as well as rights and duties, performed hearing investigation, evidence cross--‐examination and other procedures in strict accordance with legal provisions. Also, legal representatives and attorneys of parties fully exercised their rights on the hearing. Certain officials of provincial bureau and representatives of parties involved also attended the hearing.
