In early November, Lianyungang Price Bureau found through investigation that, six larger express companies held a meeting at one's office on 28 September, jointly negotiated to raise express freight, and concluded an agreement on the freight increase. On 10 November 2015, Lianyungang Price Bureau issued Reminder Letter on Pricing Policy in Express Industry, in which the heads of 21 express companies in Lianyungang were required to further adjust the freight, and price deception, price collusion, abuse of market dominance or monopoly agreements shall be prohibited.
