Sanjay Jain is Chief Executive Officer at Aditya Birla ARC Ltd. since August 2018. Sanjay has 30 years of rich and varied experience in financial markets covering Project & Corporate Finance, Capital Markets, and Restructuring & Resolution of Stressed Assets.

Prior to joining Aditya Birla ARC, Sanjay worked as President and COO at Asset Reconstruction Company India Limited and was responsible for acquisition and resolution of assets.

Prior to that, he worked with JM Financial Institutional Securities Limited as Managing Director and Head, Global Capital Markets and was responsible for origination and execution of capital markets deals.

Mr. Sanjay started his career with SBI Capital Markets Ltd where he managed diverse portfolios including Capital Markets and Fixed Income Group, leasing SBU on deputation with SBI and Project Appraisal. Sanjay is a rank holder Chartered Accountant.

CA. Anil Goel is Founder and Chairman of AAA Insolvency Professionals LLP (AAAIP), one of the first two ‘Insolvency Professional Entity’ (IPE) recognised by ‘Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India’ (IBBI).

He is presently the Vice-Chairman of Assocham National Council for Insolvency & Bankruptcy and Valuation.

CA Anil Goel is also the most experienced IP in the Country as he has concluded 17 CIRP assignments, 11 assignments of liquidation process, 4 assignments as process consultant in his own name besides supervising 300 plus processes of CIRP and Liquidation where AAA Insolvency Professionals LLP, his IPE, has provided support services besides assignments of Insolvency of Personal Guarantors.

Counsel Sumit Rai is an independent counsel with 16 Years of experience in handling commercial disputes.
