Washington, DC– Wiley Rein LLP, a preeminent DC law firm, is pleased to announce thatKathleen A. Kirby, co-chair of Wiley’s esteemedTelecom, Media & Technology Practice, has been selected by The Broadcasters Foundation of America (BFOA) to receive a 2024 Leadership Award.
Kirby, who has served as general counsel and secretary for the BFOA since 2021, is one of six award recipients this year. The BFOA’s Leadership Awards are presented annually in recognition of career contributions to the broadcast industry and the community.

The award will be presented on April 17 at the BFOA Annual Breakfast in Las Vegas, Nevada. The Broadcasters Foundation of America seeks to improve the quality of life for men and women in the radio and television broadcast profession who require assistance as the result of misfortune.
