We are excited to announce that as Lenny’s/Lenwich continues to seek new opportunities to expand and grow as a brand, their team has closed a deal on a new Manhattan location at 120 University Place.
The long wait is over and the NYU community will soon have augmented access to the iconic New York City deli and restaurant. With their innovative takes on classic sandwiches and salads, fresh, handcrafted breakfasts and chef inspired, seasonal features, the new location will have the capacity to serve diners at their facility and will sport an increased delivery area, including the Grammercy Park, Greenwich Village, and NOHO neighborhoods. Lenwich continues to thrive in a fast casual market that has been extremely difficult to predict. Their commitment to detail, excellence in customer service and delicious and high quality offerings have set the standard for success in their industry.
The new digs will have1,500 square feet available for diners. Partner Ronald B. Kremnitzer, co-chair of the firm’s Real Estate Group and Food + Beverage Group, and partner Benjamin J. Teig assisted the Lenny's Group in securing the space for their long-time client. Cory Zelnik of Zelnik & Company LLC was Lenny’s broker on the lease.
