The workplace has changed. Employers are confronted with new challenges in complying with the Supreme Court's guidelines for minimizing harassment liability and accommodating a demographically, ever more diverse workforce.

Morgan Lewis has developed a sexual harassment prevention training program that focuses on "risky behaviors" -- those common behaviors which may be perceived by others as harassment. Using "real world" examples, our trainers help participants identify "risky behavior" in the workplace and understand the special responsibilities now required of supervisors. In addition, each program includes an analysis of the company's sexual harassment prevention policy.

The diversity training program leads managers and employees through an identification of diversity issues in the workplace and ways to avoid and resolve conflict. The content of the training is crafted to account for the demographics of each client's workforce.
