Judah Prero, Counsel at Arnold & Porter in the firm's environmental practice group, recently had an in-depth conversation with Dr. Michal Freedhoff, the current assistant administrator of the Office of Chemical Safety and Pollution Prevention at the Environmental Protection Agency.
