AICP Week will be held in New York City from June 4th to June 6th. In addition to the screenings and the gala, AICP is hosting is annual Base Camp, with two full days of programming.

On Tuesday, June 4th at 10:00 a.m., I'll be joining the 11th edition of "Lawyers on the Clock" – where the panelists will get only two minutes to answer some of the toughest legal questions that the advertising industry faces today. We'll be talking about a wide variety of topics, including AI, influencers, and junk fees.
Current Legal Landscape of Generative AI
Then, at 10:45 a.m., my partner Hannah Taylor will be speaking about the "Current Legal Landscape of Generative AI." She'll be doing a deep-dive into how AI affects the advertising industry, and will talk about the latest generative AI lawsuits, how AI impacts contractual obligations, and a host of other issues.
