For any airplane to fly, one must lift the weight of the
airplane, the fuel, the passengers, and the cargo. The body of the

The wings generate most of the lift to hold the plane in the air.
To generate lift, the airplane must be pushed through the air. Like

The pilots sit in the cockpit at the front of the fuselage.

Management aims to reach to the destination which is vision;
engineers align the coordination between body and the wings; which
are four perspectives of balanced score card; and the wings keep
the plane in the air , which are billable functions.
Companies need a clear vision, well designed strategy, agile and
low weight body to let wings keep the plane moving to higher
altitudes and longer distances.
