Wang is Miller Canfield's co-director of global business and a member of the firm's China practice. He has extensive experience in international business transactions, mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, corporate governance, tax planning, litigation, joint ventures, technology transfers, offshore structures and greenfield projects.
He has helped Chinese companies invest more than $5 billion in the United States.
