Moore Australia Directors Colin Prasad, and Robert Manson led the client service team which provided Financial and Taxation Due Diligence and transaction assistance that preceded the binding agreement.

About myDNA
myDNA seeks to empower consumers to unlock the data in their DNA to personalise everyday health decisions, such as how a person's genes affect the way the body responds to food. With the ALT acquisition they are looking to apply this genetic information to fitness programs. MyDNA operates three revenue streams: genetic genealogy services; laboratory clinical testing (and infrastructure) in Houston and Melbourne; and a subscription service business to business to consumer (B2B2C) business.
