Moore Australia congratulates client RLF Agtech for its successful listing on the Australian Stock Exchange (ASX) on 21 April 2022 (ASX: RLF).

An Initial Public Offering (IPO) of $8.5 million via the issue of 42.5 million shares at 20 cents a share, saw the Perth-based company hit the boards with an indicative market capitilisation of $36 million.

The innovative technology-driven crop nutrition company combines plant science with advanced chemistry and manufacturing processes to produce high-quality plant nutrition products for commercial agriculture.

"We are delighted for RLF Agtech as this listing targets global growth and agricultural change. RLF Agtech are destined to play a significant role in sequestering carbon, and we look forward to seeing the positive impact its integrated crop nutrition and carbon management systems will have in helping to improve farming soil, supporting a growing population and the transition to net zero carbon," says Moore Australia (WA) Managing Partner, David Tomasi.

Moore Australia (WA) assisted in preparing RLF Agtech's Investigating Accountants Report and other expert reports in the lead-up to their listing.

"It has been a pleasure working with RLF Agtech and watching them grow over the last couple of years. We wish them all the best and look forward to what the future will bring," says Neil Pace, Audit Partner, Moore Australia (WA).
