On Monday, 14th February 2022, we hosted our fourth annual Beach Bowl fundraiser over at an amazing venue, The Piano Bar at the Emporium.
Our annual Beach Bowl event is an excellent opportunity for us all to socialise and get together with colleagues, network with clients and contacts and at the same time, experience America's biggest live sporting event, the Super Bowl on a big screen TV. All of this is done while raising money for our brilliant charity partner, White Cloud Foundation.
The Super Bowl was between Los Angeles Rams vs Cincinnati Bengals, and boy it was an incredible game finishing with the high drama expected of such an iconic event. For the second time in history, the LA Rams took home the title of the Super Bowl champions with a final score of 20-23, with the luckless Bengals who have yet to win one.
We would like to thank our fantastic sponsors who donated great prizes for our raffle draw. Patent Attorneys, Davis IP donated a booze bundle.
Our major sponsors from Chartered Accounting firm, Carter Connell kindly donated a $250 Mr and Mr's G voucher. Our other major sponsors from the amazing team over at Motorama donated a Magnum of French wine.
Again, as fun as the day was it was brilliant to see so much support offered up for The White Cloud Foundation. This is a truly wonderful organisation focused on providing practical support and easy access to treatment to people with or at risk of developing depression. It was also great to hear Jim Kearney speak and update us on the excellent progress that organisation is making, and the lives it is changing
We are happy to announce that the event raised $3,403.00. We would like to say a thank you to all our guests who attended, bought raffle tickets, and got involved in the Mega Money Multi on the day.
We look forward to hosting it again next year.
