Lisa splits time between Sheppard Mullin's Orange County and New York offices and serves as the Orange County Office Recruiting Chair. Lisa's legal expertise extends to both employment and traditional labor matters, including diversity, equity and inclusion counseling and compliance. Her counsel on DEI issues helps clients navigate complex legal landscapes while fostering healthy and equitable workplaces. Lisa's experience as in-house counsel provides her with invaluable insights into the challenges faced by DEI teams, enabling her to provide strategic and effective guidance to her clients.
