Associate Lilly McGuire has joined the Board of Directors of the National Trans Bar Association, which is dedicated to promoting the advancement of trans, nonbinary, and gender non-conforming legal professionals.
Lilly’s practice includes antitrust, consumer class action, and breach of contract litigation. Her active pro bono practice includes representing transgender adolescents in a constitutional challenge to Oklahoma’s gender-affirming care ban at both the federal district court and appellate levels. She also represents trans youth in Kentucky in their petition for certiorari from the Sixth Circuit’s decision in L.W. v. Skrmetti.
