The Ministry of the Environment and Natural Resources (SEMARNAT), through the National Industrial Safety and Environmental Protection Agency of the Hydrocarbons Sector (ASEA) published in the Federal Official Gazette the Notification which extends the term of the Official Mexican Standard, "NOM-EM-005-ASEA-2017
On April 18, 2018, the Ministry of the Environment and Natural Resources (SEMARNAT), through the National Industrial Safety and Environmental Protection Agency of the Hydrocarbons Sector (ASEA) published in the Federal Official Gazette the Notification which extends the term of the Official Mexican Standard, "NOM-EM-005-ASEA-2017, that establishes the criteria for the classification of Special Waste Management of the Hydrocarbon Sector and determines which are subject to a Management Plan; their listing, as well as the elements and procedures for the formulation of the Management Plan of Hazardous Waste and Special Management of the Hydrocarbon Sector" for a six-month period counted from May 2, 2018.
