1. Articles 129 and 143 of the Consolidated Text of the Banking Laws, are applicable to the instruments issued by the assignee or by the issuing company.

2. The prohibition for the saving collection with the public, provided for in Article 11, paragraph 2 of the Consolidated Text of the Banking Laws, the limitations thereof, as well as the provisions of Articles 2410 and 2420 of the Civil Code, are not applicable to the issues of instruments.
