disruptions to businesses globally and with it comes important

Rajah & Tann Asia has put together a regulatory booklet on
"Restructuring & Insolvency Regimes in South East
Asia - A Comparative Overview".
Given the close connection and links amongst the Southeast Asian
states and particularly in light of the current business climate,
