Martin Crawford, CEO of Vistra Group, has joined other leading senior practitioners in providing his views on the implications of the Panama Papers on Hong Kong's regulatory regime.
He believes it makes good business sense to ensure stringent compliance procedures. 'We take a higher standard than we need to legally because, as a global company, we take a highest common denominator approach. In China, for example, we will operate to European standards.'
