  2. Original "Proof of Address" for every proposed director, shareholder, beneficial owner and authorised signatory of the corporate account. The "Proof of Address" should take the form of an original utility bill, bank statement, credit card statement, municipal tax bill, copy of driving licence or ID card, or similar document (not older than 3 months).
