On November 28 Ministry of Energy and Environmental Protection of Ukraine has presented the key provisions of the Draft Law regarding the alteration of the "feed-in tariff" support scheme for alternative energy projects. The problem was caused by the anticipated financial deficit of SE "Guaranteed Buyer". Therefore, after much discussion, the Ministry has developed a model for restructuring the "feed-in tariff".
