If your Company is using a logo, emblem, or invented word or words or if the name of an individual or of the firm itself is portrayed in a distinctive fashion in its advertising, on its stationary, packaging, wrapping, vehicles, etc., it may be considered prudent to protect such use from exploitation by others by having the same registered as a Trade Mark.

Registration is for a period of Fourteen (14) years and may be renewed indefinitely for like periods.

The total cost of registration where the logo does not exceed 2"x2", is $360.00 plus any petty disbursements.

Should registration be required, enclosed is a Form of Authorisation for signature and return to us along with seven copies of the logo to be protected.

The exclusive use of logos, etc., by other Companies in your group may be protected in like manner by the Companies to which they belong.
