Taxpayers subject to Income Tax and having performed operations with related parties abroad during fiscal years beginning between January 1, 2001, and December 31, 2001, are reminded that they must file an Informative Return for Operations with Related Parties Abroad before November 18, 2002, at the office of the Tax Administration corresponding to their tax domicile.

The return must be made on Form PT-99, which may be filled out directly by the taxpayer using the model attached in Official Gazette No. 37.508, dated August 19, 2002, or using the format published on the SENIAT website ( www.seniat.gov.ve).

It should be noted that failure to file such return is punishable in accordance with the provisions of the Organic Tax Code.
