  1. 审慎选择合作方,对其合规意识和内控机制进行必要评估;
  2. 在合同中明确双方的权利义务边界,如KOL的行为规范、内容审核流程、违约责任认定等;
  3. 加强合作过程管理,密切关注合作内容和渠道的合规性,对潜在风险做到早发现、早处置。

Q3  如何妥善应对营销活动引发的投诉或危机?

面对营销活动引发的消费者投诉,企业应建立完善的投诉分类和快速响应机制,明确专人负责,严格按照内部流程及时妥善处理。对于重大投诉或违法风险,应第一时间申请法务介入,必要时可寻求外部律所的专业意见。要高度重视投诉背后反映的问题,持续优化内部营销合规管理机制。与此同时,也要常态化开展普法培训,强化员工的法律风险意识。
