On September 15th, Howard Levitt was interviewed on Newstalk 1010's " Live Drive With Ryan Doyle" discussing a story out of Manitoba where a health-care aid, who had a drinking problem, was formally dismissed from her job.

After filing a complaint with the Human Rights Commission, the adjucator overturned the ruling and she is now entitled to be fully reinstated by the employer.
