The National Agency for Waterway Transportation ("ANTAQ") has rescheduled Auction numbers 1, 2, 3 and 4 of 2016 related to port terminal areas in the State of Pará to June 10 and will offer leasing of: (i) public areas and infrastructure for movement and storage of bulk dry grain, located at the Outeiro Terminal, within the Organized Port of Santarém and within the Organized Port of Vila do Conde; and (ii) public areas and infrastructure for movement and storage of bulk mineral solids located within the Organized Port of Santarém.

ANTAQ has also launched another auction, scheduled for May 24, related to public areas and infrastructure for movement of passengers within the Organized Port of Salvador in the State of Bahia. Another three auction notices, all related to passenger terminals, located in Recife (State of Pernambuco), in Natal (State of Rio Grande do Norte) and in Fortaleza (State of Ceará) are ready to be published, according to information from the sector's regulatory agencies.
