The Legal 500 USA's 2018 edition has named Schnader's Mergers & Acquisitions practice as one of the best for middle-market transactions for the third consecutive year.

The Schnader M&A Group is led by co-chairs Megan Harmon and Sarah Hewitt, both of whom were noted in The Legal 500. Christian Moretti was also noted for his work on transactions involving Italy, France, and on cross-border M&A transactions.
