On November 16, the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency Act of 2018 was signed into law. The law rebrands the Department of Homeland Security's main cybersecurity unit, the National Protection and Programs Directorate as the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency ("CISA").
