This month's market updates and insights section brings news of a significant increase in the official fees in Kuwait for trade marks, patents and designs. As reported in October, with the establishment of the GCC Trade Mark Law and the subsequent move towards online filings, the trend of increased official fees may well continue across the Gulf states in the coming months.
