Food Law partner Elizabeth Fawell will moderate a panel at the Food and Drug Law Institute's Food and Compliance Conference in Washington, D.C. on March 26. Elizabeth also is serving as the program's Planning Committee Chair.

The panel will discuss how FDA is utilizing its increased authority under the Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA), the increased oversight of products imported into the United States, the pending new enforcement regulations for the USDA National Organic Program, DOJ enforcement priorities, and the role of science in criminal prosecution under the Dietary Supplement Health and Education Act (DSHEA).
