The Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Ontario reported that "thousands of pension plan members in the province have lost track of their pension plan", estimating a total of over $3 billion in lost benefits.

In an interview with HR Reporter, partner Tom Stevenson discussed this latest discovery. He also shared insight on the administration of pensions, the responsibility human resource departments should have in keeping track of plans, and the importance of communicating with current and past employees.
