Royal Ibrahimli promoted to Counsel.
Royal joined GRATA in 2015 and during his time has demonstrated hard work, dedication, and significant growth. He graduated from Baku State University and LL.M. in European Union Law from Baku State University (Azerbaijan) and Würzburg University (Germany). His practice includes the provision of legal assistance in tax, banking, finance & securities, customs, licences, commercial contracts and M&A.
Shabnam Sadigova Huseynova promoted Counsel.
Shabnam joined GRATA in 2015. She holds a bachelor in Law degree from Baku State University and a GDL degree from BPP University, London. Her areas of focus are employment law, data protection & privacy, IP, advertising law. She also advises companies carrying out activities in the field of pharmaceuticals and healthcare on administrative and regulatory matters.
Fidan Vahabova promoted to Senior Associate.
Ms. Vahabova, who joined GRATA International in 2016, has established herself as a trusted advisor in the areas of licenses & permits, antitrust & competition, contract law, and real estate.
Vafa Teymurzade and Nargis Tagiyeva promoted to Associate.
Since joining the team, Ms. Teymurzade has been greatly involved in the matters of corporate law and M&A.
Ms. Tagiyeva's areas of focus are employment law (incl. obtaining work and residence permits for employees-foreign nationals), personal data, IP, and advertising law.
