SSEK Law Firm was recently invited by the Indonesian Ministry of Law and Human Rights to give a presentation at the Directorate General of Public Legal Administration. SSEK provided input on Indonesia's draft bill on movable assets. The draft bill was prepared in the context of improving the ease of doing business in Indonesia.

SSEK foreign legal advisor Michael S. Carl gave a presentation on the regulation of collateral for movable assets under United States law. Partner Nico Mooduto and senior associate A. Charlie R. Malessy were also in attendance.
