Our firm advised Power Finance Corporation Limited ("PFC") in lending a term loan of USD 162.30 million to Adani Renewable Energy Forty-One Limited to set-up and implementation of the greenfield wind power project in Kachchh, Gujarat (with an aggregate capacity of 260MW).
This is one of the biggest greenfield investments by PFC this year, thus far, especially in the wind project operations.
