December 19, 2018 – Canada has broken the annual record for Express Entry Invitations to Apply, bringing the total for 2018 to 89,800 in the latest immigration draw.
The figure surpasses the record of 86,023 set in 2017.
The December 19 draw was the second in a week, and also featured the lowest minimum Comprehensive Ranking System score of 2018 at 439.
ITAs were issued to 3,900 candidates for the seventh consecutive draw, and eighth in 2018.
