Resuelve derogar las siguientes resoluciones:

NAC-DGERCGC17-00000566: Obligatoriedad para las personas
naturales y sociedades residentes de reportar al Servicio de Rentas
Internas respecto de los activos monetarios que mantienen en
entidades financieras del exterior.
-
NAC-DGERCGC17-00000567: Obligatoriedad para las entidades que
integran el Sistema Financiero Nacional de reportar al Servicio de
Rentas Internas respecto de las transferencias SWIFT recibidas y
enviadas por éstas o sus clientes: i) hacia o desde
paraísos fiscales; y, ii) hacia o desde países con
los cuales Ecuador mantenga vigente un convenio para evitar la
doble imposición.
