hereby assigns and transfers with neither restriction nor reserves all rights and privileges deemed or capable of resulting from the said Turkish Patent No. : to the above named assignee.
The assignment becomes effective as from the date of execution of the present document.
The assignor declares that the said Turkish Patent No.: is free of all encumbrances against, the assignee up to the date of execution of the present document.
The assignee accepts the absolute assignment of the said Turkish Patent No.: as of the date of execution of the present document.
By virtue of this assignment and commencing from the date of execution same, the assignee releases the assignor from all responsibility relating to said Turkish Patent No.: in accordance with the present laws and all laws that may be promulgated in future by the Republic of Turkey.
By virtue of this assignment the assignee is hereafter entitled to all rights and privileges from the said Turkish Patent No.: taking upon itself the entire formality for the maintenance thereof in so far as its industrial and commercial interest equally require. Being free to renounce these rights and privileges when it seems to it well to do so.
